Fat Burning Zone | The Cardio Myth Exposed
The fat burning zone is severely misunderstood.
Thanks to most cardio machines that display the cardio and fat burning zone, most exercisers believe that exercising at a low intensity is the key to burning fat.
After all, the chart shows that the most fat is burned at an exercise intensity of about 65%.
